FAQs

How do I order a box / more than one box?

Please go to the home page or click on the shop tab and it will take you to product selection.

How do I know the pieces will be the right size?

I select all pieces based on the due month provided by the gifter, so you won’t end up with 0–3-month shorts or a 6–9-month fleece for babies born in December. (If you are gifting to a friend who lives in a different climate, do let me know!)

What is a haiku?

Of Japanese origin, a haiku is a short, unrhymed poem. It consists of three lines, in 5-7-5 syllable structure.

Where do you post to?

UK, including Northern Ireland. If you would like to send further afield, let me know and we can arrange alternative postage at cost.

How do I pay?

We use Stripe as a payment provider. As soon as payment has been received, I will start preparing your Connie & Custard box.

Boxes will be sent via EVRI or Royal Mail. Tracking will be provided on posting

Returns:

Due to the personalised and preloved nature of the products, Connie & Custard is unable to offer returns.

All preloved clothes are individually inspected to ensure a high quality and durable gift. They are all washed and steamed prior to packaging. The exception is any item that has been sourced second hand, but still has tags attached. These items will be steamed but not washed.

We always recommend washing clothes before use, whether new or preloved.
