Returns & Policy

You may return eligible babywear within 30 days of receiving your gift box.

The return window expires 30 days from the day you or a designated recipient receives the Connie & Custard parcel.

To initiate a return, please inform us with a clear statement of your decision.

We will refund eligible items within 14 days of arrival. Refunds use your original payment method with no added fees.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

• Items were received in the last 30 days

• Garments are unworn and unwashed

Excluded from returns:

• Personalised handwritten haiku cards and custom poetry dedicated to the new parents.

• Items that have been worn, washed, or modified from their original condition.

• We reserve the right to decline items that do not fulfill these requirements.

We recommend tracked shipping for safe arrival. Personalised haikus remain yours to keep forever as family keepsakes.

Gifts

If marked as a gift, you will receive store credit for returned babywear. The personalised haiku poem is yours to treasure.

If not marked as a gift, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
